1. Eligibility for Refunds
a. Notification Service Guarantee
Global Entry Express is a subscription-based service that provides notifications about available Global Entry interview appointments. We strive to deliver notifications as promptly and accurately as possible based on the information provided by third-party sources. Due to the fluctuating availability of appointment slots, we cannot guarantee that you will secure a Global Entry appointment through our service. However, we do guarantee the delivery of notifications based on your selected preferences.
b. Refund Requests
Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:
- Service Failure: If you do not receive any notifications for Global Entry appointment availability within the subscription period despite meeting all eligibility criteria, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Technical Issues: If there is a technical error on our part that prevents you from receiving notifications, and we are unable to resolve it in a timely manner, you may be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued if you change your mind after purchasing a subscription.
- Appointment Availability: We cannot control appointment availability, and no refunds will be issued if slots are unavailable or if you are unable to secure an appointment despite receiving notifications.
- User Error: If notifications are missed due to incorrect email setup, unsubscribing from notifications, or any other user-related error, refunds will not be issued.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to [support email address] with the subject line “Refund Request.” Include your name, account information, and a detailed description of your request.
- Review: Our support team will review your request within 7 business days. You may be asked for additional information to process your request.
- Approval or Denial: Once your request has been reviewed, we will notify you of our decision via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation will not result in a refund for any portion of the subscription already used. Upon cancellation, you will continue to receive notifications until the end of your billing period, after which your subscription will expire.
